Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces​

  • These creations are unique — so no refunds unless there’s a defect.

  • Slight variations in color, pattern, or size can happen (that’s part of the magic!).

  • Intellectual property of custom designs remains with Wae West Studios unless agreed otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

  • Once delivered, the risk passes to you. Check your items and let us know immediately if there’s damage.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-custom items can be returned within 7 days in original condition.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defects.
